WearX Clothing – Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can request a return, exchange, or refund.
How it works:
- Request a return/exchange within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact and in original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Charges:
- Exchange/Return for change of mind:
Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT Outside Dhaka: 100 BDT
- If the return/exchange is due to our error, WearX will cover the delivery charge.
Damages & Issues:
- Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions:
- Sale items are non-returnable.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 15 days after we receive the returned product. Delivery charges are non-refundable except when the error is from our side.
- Keep your proof of postage for returns. Without it, we cannot issue a refund.
